AMD sells old 130nm equipment to Russia

The Inquirer heard AMD's CEO Hector Ruiz was in Russia recently to sell old 130nm equipment from AMD's German fabs to a Russian company called Angstrem.
They are said to be setting it all up in their Zelenograd facility, and are paying between $250 and $300 million. Not a bad haul for cleaning out your closet.
