ATI Radeon HD 2900 Pro and GT in September/October

VR zone received details that the ATI Radeon HD 2900 Pro and GT graphics cards should hit the market in September or October.

Both GPUs will feature 160 stream processors, which is half that of the XT model. The HD 2900 Pro will sell for about $249 and the GT will probably be a bit cheaper.

The 2900 Pro will likely have a 256-bit memory interface and a frequency of 600MHz.
