OCZ Elixir II keyboard shown off

Posted on Sunday, September 14 2008 @ 16:07:37 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

A couple of weeks ago OCZ introduced its first gaming keyboard, the Elixir, and before the end of the year the firm will debut the Elixir II. This keyboard will be a compact, slim and lightweight keyboard with 16 media/Internet keys and up to 10 macros.
The new Elixir II keyboard will have a slim design and it will weigh around 600g (1.35lbs). The only three new keys are Internet, Email and System Power-down which can usually be found on many keyboards. The new Elixir keyboard will feature rubberized coated "SoftTouch" keys with a lifespan of 5 million cycles.

OCZ is still sticking to the black and blue color scheme but as you can see from those pictures below, blue is represented as a thin border line, and we must admit that it looks good. The keyboard is first going to be available for the U.S. market, and EU should get it before Christmas.
The OCZ Elixir II will debut for around 20-30EUR. Check out the rest of the photos over here.
