Thermalright previews their upcoming Ultra-120 eXtreme 1366 RT CPU cooler, this model is designed for the upcoming Core i7 processors. The kit features a Ultra-120 eXtreme heatsink, a bolt-tru LGA1366 mounting kit, a 120mm fan, 120mm fan bracket and CF2 thermal paste.

The heatsink features a stack of 52 aluminum fins and six 6mm heatpipes. One of the special things is that Thermalright ships a fan with this processor cooler, it's a 120mm model with Fluid Dynamic Bearing. The fan has a rated speed of 1600RPM, with an airflow of 63.7CFM and noise level of 28.0dBA. Thermalright also provides a 120mm fan holder so you can easily attach the fan to the heatsink.

Features:
  • Uses high quality aluminum fins for best balance of heat absorption and conduction.
  • Utilizes six high quality 6mm heatpipes, strategically positioned to pick up the heat from the CPU.
  • Proprietary bent winglet design to minimize airflow resistance.
  • Heat pipes soldered to base (nickel plated) and fins for optimum heat transfer.
  • Stack of 52 pieces of aluminum fins, the most over any other heatsinks in the market. Can be covered entirely by a 120mm fan to absorb all in-coming air flow.
