    Koolance unveils LN2 evaporator

Posted on Monday, May 11 2009 @ 21:47:40 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Cooling firm Koolance has introduced a copper evaporator for overclockers who use liquid nitrogen (LN2) to keep their processor chilled during extreme overclocking sessions. The Koolance CPU-LN2 Liquid Nitrogen Evaporator weighs 1.58kg and is compatible with most recent processors from both Intel and AMD.
The Koolance CPU-LN2 is a "DIY" processor evaporator pot for liquid nitrogen cooling. A nickel-plated solid copper cold plate is combined with a black acetal container. Mounting hardware includes a thick acetal top bracket, steel back plate, insulating pads, and various mounting hardware.

Full specs at Koolance, it's priced at $144.99.
