Slashgear found the specifications of the upcoming ASUS Eee PC T101 10" Tablet PC netbook. This system will feature the Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 16GB SSD, LED-backlit touchscreen with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, and 1GB RAM (max 2GB).
The panel runs at 1024 x 600 resolution, while RAM is 1GB (2GB maximum) and the battery is a Li-polymer pack apparently good for up to 5.4hrs. Wireless options include WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth and a 3G module, together with GPS and digital TV, though it’s unclear whether those final three are standard on a single T101H model, or will be spread out among several versions as with the T91. There’s also a 0.3-megapixel webcam, stereo speakers and a digital array microphone, and the whole thing weighs 1.5kg.
Details about the launch date are unknown though, it could be late August, early September or even late October.
