AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE to have 140W TDP?

X-bit Labs reports AMD is planning to release two new processors next month; the Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition and the Athlon II X4 630.

report from TPU claims the Phenom II X4 965 BE may have a TDP of as high as 140W!

The AMD Athlon II X4 630 on the other hand is a quad-core chip with a 65W TDP. This model features a 2.8GHz clockspeed, 2MB L2 cache, no L3 cache, and dual-channel DDR2/DDR3 memory controller. It's said to be avaialble on August 23rd, 2009.

Additionally, we can also expect new Athlon II X3 processors in September or October and some new Athlon II X4 models sometime this Fall.
