AMD SB810 southbridge delayed to 2H 2010

AMD has reportedly informed its partners that the SB810 southbridge has been delayed to the second half of next year. This chipset was originally slated for the first half of 2010.
With this delay AMD sends a clear message that value / mainstream platform codenamed Pisces should last until the second half of 2010. This delay means that AMD 785G chipset will become more important and this platform combines the 760G Northbridge and SB710 Southbridge.

The more expensive SB850 Southbridge is still on schedule for an early 2010 introduction, probably in very early Q1, and we've already heard that it should be ready in late Q4 2009.
