Sony denies plasma TV withdrawal

Sony has denied reports it is to cease selling plasma televisions to concentrate solely upon LCD (liquid crystal display) models. The Japanese electronics giant said there was no truth in the newspaper claim, but analysts said it would make sense for Sony.
