Sony planning to release four movies on UMD format for PSP

Posted on Saturday, February 12 2005 @ 13:22:49 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

Sony said that it will present four movies on its UMD format for the PlayStation Portable.

The movies will be released on April 19. Among them are: XXX, Hellboy, Resident Evil 2 and Once Upon A Time in Mexico.

UMD (Universal Media Disc) is Sony's disc format used in the PSP, which can store up to 1.8GB of data on a disc smaller than a CD.
