Microsoft to ship Xbox 360 for $300?

Posted on Saturday, May 28 2005 @ 21:20:11 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Microsoft's Xbox 360 will likely cost about $300. It isn't sure what will be included in the $300 package but it will probably be a controller, the console and a few cables. A Deluxe version with two controllers and a few more gadgets is also expected.

Last week we heard rumours that the Sony PlayStation 3 might be introduced at the same price as the PlayStation 2; 40,000 yen. At current exchange rates that's about $370.
