Plug and Play exploit for Windows 2000 may arrive soon, update now

Microsoft has recently released a critical security update to fix a plug and play vulnerability in Windows 2000, XP and Server 2003.

The company and different security firms urge users to install this update as soon as possible as this vulnerability allows malicious users to remotely control one's computer. Especially Windows 2000 users are vulnerable because the exploit doesn't need login rights for this operating system.

Security firms warn a worm which takes advantage of this exploit will likely appear within days on the Internet.
