Noctua used to be quite stubborn with its unique color scheme but these days they offer black fans and are working on more colorful options as well. These devices strap onto your heatsink fin-stacks, and do not much more than light up a bunch of graphics. Initially, Noctua will launch heatsink covers for the NH-D15S and the NH-U12S coolers.
