ATI Radeon X1900XTX photo and power requirements

Posted on Wednesday, December 28 2005 @ 21:36:15 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

The guys from HKEPC got their hands on an ATI Radeon X1900XT card and they report the R580 die is noticeably larger than the R520 (Radeon X1800).

They also report the Radeon X1900XTX will be clocked at 695MHz core and 1500MHz memory while the Radeon X1900XT will feature a 625MHz core and 1450MHz memory.

According to ATI you'll need at least a 450W power supply with a 30A 12V line to run the Radeon X1900XT graphics card and if you plan on using this card in a CrossFire setup you'll need a 550W PSU with a 38A 12V line.

You can check out the photo over at VR-Zone.
