    Lenovo ThinkPad X41 Tablet Review

Posted on Monday, October 31 2005 @ 01:54:53 CET by LSDsmurf

The X41 is based on the marketing-approved letter X, which may suggest seXiness or an unquantifiable eXtra something. The number 41 is nearly perfect and indicates the design relationship with the ThinkPad X40, the proven and enviable nonhybrid ultraportable emphasizing light weight and long battery life. While the X40 weighs 2.75 pounds with battery and measures approximately 8.3 x 10.5 x .8 inches, the X41 is decidedly less ultraportable. Without a battery, it weighs approximately 3 pounds, adding half a pound for the 4 cell battery or a full pound for the 8 cell battery. The dimensions are roughly 9" x 11" x 1", adding one or two inches more in depth depending upon battery choice. You can learn much more about this convertible notebook over at ARS' full review..
