    Unreal Tournament 2004 server Review

Posted on Wednesday, April 14 2004 @ 14:30:23 CEST by LSDsmurf

In this article I will talk about setting up an Unreal Tournament 2004 Dedicated Server. I will explain what kind of hardware you will need as well as what kind of bandwidth usage you should expect to see. I will also discuss in detail the steps to installing a clean server. There are three aspects of a server that you have to look at to provide your players with a good game; CPU, memory, and bandwidth. Dedicated servers are all pretty much the same from Half-Life to Unreal Tournament to Quake3. Some dedicated servers take more system resources while others take more bandwidth.
