    Zalman ZM400B-APS 400W Noiseless Power Supply Review

    Zalman claims that their power supplies are "noise free." While technically anything with moving parts will make some sort of noise, Zalman's claim is closer to the truth than any other "quiet" or "silent" claim I have ever seen
