Leadtek WinFast PX7950GT TDH Extreme Review

Posted on Tuesday, October 31 2006 @ 09:27:03 CET by LSDsmurf

The 7950 GT is set to take over from the 7900 GT in the mid-range $300 market but with a few differences to combat ATI's X1900 XT. First off the cards feature 512MB of RAM (though our sample contained 256MB) which is very welcome. A standard 7950 GT comes in at a memory clock speed of 700MHz, 40MHz more than a 7900 GT. However, Leadtek's 7950GT TDH Extreme is clocked even higher than that at 715MHz.
