Canon Rebel XTi/EOS 400D Review
|
Posted on Friday, January 19 2007 @ 16:17:14 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck |
The Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi or EOS 400D in Europe is the newest version of the Rebel XT/350D. This new version offers a 10-megapixel resolution, the same AF system as is used on the EOS 30D and a 2.5-inch LCD monitor. In addition, it is equipped with a sensor cleaning system, the first for a Canon DSLR. The Rebel XTi is almost identical in size to the Rebel XT. It continues the use of a deep, thin grip with a rubber texture, and adds a grip area, where the thumb rests, on the back; imparting the camera with a comfortable and secure feel. This new model is only slightly heavier than the previous version, and has a body made of black polycarbonate with a high quality finish.
