    Thermaltake Silverriver Review

Posted on Wednesday, August 11 2004 @ 01:45:42 CEST by LSDsmurf

Have we not all wanted one of these at one time or another? It is an external HDD enclosure which you plug your harddrive into and run it through USB instead. It's so nice not to have to worry about opening the case and fighting to plug the harddrive in and get the jumpers right. This seems to be a very convenient solution since you just have to plug the harddrive into this enclosure and then connect the USB cable. Then you start the computer and install some drivers if you don't run win98 and there you go... but is it really that easy?
