What do you get when you take two heatsinks and sandwich a Peilter or TE Chip as they refer to it, inbetween them? You end up with the Waffer Technology's PC AirCon PAC 400 cooling addition. The PC AirCon PAC 400 is referred to as an Air Conditioner for PC's. But can it live up to it's billing? We put it through it's paces and came up with our own conclusions as to just how well it worked.
