D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DI-624 Wireless Router. This is the fastest wireless router you can buy. When used with an Xtreme G adapter, the D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DI-624 becomes the faster consumer level wireless router available today. We were able to wirelessly transfer the 246 Meg Windows SP2 update from one desktop to the other (both with DWL-G520 PCI Adapters) in just 2 minutes and 14 seconds. And that was with encryption on! That is almost as fast as transferring on the wired 10/100 LAN line which doesn't require encryption
