    Natural Point TrackIR 3-Pro Review

Posted on Sunday, September 12 2004 @ 20:22:04 CEST by LSDsmurf

    Natural Point TrackIR 3-Pro
Fans of the Flight Simulation genre of computer entertainment can tell you all about hardship. We've had to endure painfully slow software development and pick from a hardware selection that even Macintosh users would call small. So, when a new device comes along you can bet that we're willing to give it a try, and try we did! Natural Point has a gadget called the TrackIR that converts head movement into on-screen view panning or cursor movement. While it isn't just for Flight Sims', the TrackIR does greatly improves view panning beyond the capabilities of a joystick hat switch. This highly innovative approach to view panning is incredibly easy to configure and is even easier to pickup and move, due to its small size and USB functionality.
