HIS X800XT and X800 Pro IceQ II Video Cards Review

Posted on Saturday, September 18 2004 @ 00:42:30 CEST by LSDsmurf

HIS X800XT and X800 Pro IceQ II Video Cards
Today we're reviewing HIS' entries into the X800 market: The X800 XT Platinum, and the X800 Pro. These cards feature a HUGE heatsink, which HIS promises will cool the video cards by 11 degrees more than a standard cooler. It runs quieter as well. You'll be giving up a PCI slot though!

Our goal is to find out how these cards stack up in terms of performance and price. We'll also throw in a 9800 Pro so you can get an idea if it is worthwhile to upgrade from your current video card.
