    Ultra X-Connect PSU Review

    Ultra X-Connect Modular PSU Review
Power supplies may not have the panache of other computer hardware, but these units are still an extremely important part of any system, especially for high-end enthusiast configurations. Currently, the power supply unit (PSU) market is where system cases were a few years ago, mostly non-descript and with very little differentiation, extra features or aesthetic improvements. Also, unless you're buying a high-end case, then the PSU comes standard with the case or system, thus contributing to the PSU's very generic look and feel. But just as system cases used to be only beige, and are now available in many different materials, colors and shapes, so too has the PSU started to evolve.
