While mp3 players are the current "it" device, the future of portable
entertainment is moving towards the PVP (Portable Video Player). Believe it
or not, PVPs also come in the two different storage based categories.
Though hard drive based PVPs are getting the most attention in the press,
flash based PVPs do exist. One such unit is the Mpal 400 Ultra Compact AV
Player from the Korean company Toodis. Just what exactly is a flash based
