    Cooler Master's X-Dream III (ICC-L81) P4 HSF Review

    CPU cooling will always be one of the concerns on the mind of today's PC owner, but another concern is getting optimal cooling without the constant noise of a large fan sitting beside us. As some of you read this, I know you're thinking, "I don't mind my Delta 'screamer', it's not that bad." But for the rest of you who do mind having a small jet engine in your case, perhaps the X Dream III from Cooler Master is for you.
