Canon Digital IXUS 980 IS Review

Posted on Tuesday, November 11 2008 @ 17:56:37 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

The Digital IXUS 980 IS is an expensive camera if bought from a High Street store (Jessops currently sells it for £350!), but it offers a fantastic blend of technical innovation and classic IXUS design. Equally striking inside and out, the Digital IXUS 980 IS is the ideal camera for those who appreciate manufacturing quality and don’t mind paying for it. You’ll not be disappointed with image quality, either. It doesn’t offer any snazzy features like a touchscreen, waterproofing, high-def video recording or Wi-Fi, but at least thanks to the new manual controls you can finally start to get creative with an IXUS.
