Samsung has been making its mark in the computer hardware arena with its broad line of LCD monitors and laser printers. We last took at look at one of Samsung's higher end laser printers, featuring 1200 dpi resolution, fast print speeds and wireless networking, all at a comparatively affordable price. Samsung has brought its expertise in the computer printer industry and extended it into a line of multifunction devices.
Multifunction devices combine the functionality of different products into one, usually more compact, device. Samsung's multifunction devices typically include their printer technology, an product area which consumers may be quite familiar with, a scanner, something that Samsung doesn't offer as a standalone product, a fax, and naturally, a copier, which combines the scanning and printing functions of the device.
