    FUEL - 360 Review

Posted on Saturday, July 11 2009 @ 12:01:40 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Fuel is not a perfect game by any means; the sound is beyond terrible. I really don't believe that Codemasters took the time to put more than a couple of songs for background music in the entire game (maybe 4 at best) and after a few hours of hearing the same beat over and over again, you're going to turn the music off. The graphics are pretty impressive, not as much in the quality (they are good; don't get me wrong; they just aren't phenomenal). However, what really impressed me about the graphics is the overall good quality embedded into a gigantic open racing world filled with over 5000 square miles. The vehicles are a bit boxy with little curves to them, but they do fit right in with the environment. And if you're tired of putting the AI to the test race and race again, you can even test your luck and driving skills in the online racing community. If you are a hardcore racer, Fuel is a game for you.
