    ASUS P7P55D Premium Motherboard Review

Posted on Saturday, November 14 2009 @ 03:15:16 CET by Thomas De Maesschalck

This board is ASUS’s most feature-rich P55 Express board with all of the features that came with the ASUS P7P55D Deluxe board but adding the new SATA 6 Gb/second interface, making it the board of choice for those wanting the most features on a new motherboard with this chipset. ASUS has really gone the extra mile with their performance, overclocking, and the inclusion of the TurboV Remote which is a great feature allowing tweaking of the board without going into the BIOS. The P55 chipset with the Lynnfield CPU combination is an excellent compromise of high performance and a decent price while adding new features to the Intel platform. This board receives an Editor’s Choice award due to the features it offers and its excellent design.
