The NW-HD1 is one sexy piece of machinery. Its cool brushed aluminum finishing feels quite impressive. In my opinion (remember, looks are very subjective), it looks better than 99.9 percent of the players out there with its only rival being the Philips HDD120. The screen is surrounded by a black plastic with the words “Network Walkman NW-HD1” and the Walkman logo inscribed on the bottom end of the plastic.
