"The new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 is built around the Pascal GP106, a scaled-down GPU compared to the GP104 powering the beastly GTX 1080 and 1070. However, the new chip still offers all of Pascal's features at a lower price bracket. NVIDIA also opted to remove the SLI feature from the GTX 1060 in what seems to be a crippling blow to a very promising card at first glance.
