Lian Li PC-V354 review

Here we have a closeup of the front with the two 120mm fans and the three modules.

To access the 5.25" drive bay you first have to remove the middle HDD cage. It has room for three 3.5" HDDs and as you can see Lian Li installed rubber grommets to absorb vibrational noise.

Once the middle HDD cage is removed you can access the 5.25" module. It slides out of the case and has a somewhat weird wing-like appearance.

Optical disks are mounted with regular screws.

The bottom HDD cage supports four HDDs and is equipped with the same rubber grommets as the smaller cage. If you want to install a graphics card larger than 235mm the cage will have to be removed and if you don't need so much storage capacity it may be wise to remove the cage to enhance the airflow.

The next picture shows off the stripped case without all the cages.

Two 120mm blue LED fans are installed in the front panel. One end has a dust filter and the other side has a fan grill.

The two intake fans have a tool-free mounting system, they slide into place and feature rubber grommets to prevent vibrational noise. Another nice example of Lian Li quality.
