As you know, most of the heatsinks manufacturer are getting more and more concerned about the noise generated by the heatsink's fan. I must admit that if the company who produces heatsinks that wanted to win every consumer's hearts, which demand quiet as well as performance heatsink fan,, surely we would go for that..
