Intel to launch 9 Merom processor this year

Intel will launch nine Merom processor in the fourth quarter of this year, others will follow in the first half of 2007.
According to recent roadmaps posted all over the Porcupine pub near Leicester Square in the throbbing heart of London's West End, the tp end model will have a front side bus speed of 800/667MHz, although the cache it will have is so far undecided.

Every man jack of them will be dual core, support virtualization, EIST, iAMD64, and XD. All of them will be produced using Intel's 65 nanometre technology.
