Windows Vista's IE7 to be better

The Inquirer writes the Windows Vista version of Internet Explorer 7, now renamed to Internet Explorer 7+, will have a couple of extra features:
Although all versions of IE7 will have the same code base there will be some important differences in IE7+ which are only for Vista users. These include the Protected Mode, Parental Controls, and improved Network Diagnostics.

Microsoft feels that these changes were impractical to bring to the version of IE it was giving out to the great unwashed public.
