HTC to acquire Dopod

DigiTimes reports HTC will acquire over a 50 percent stake in Dopod, for less than $150 million:

Under the terms of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed with Dopod, Dopod will serve as a subsidiary of HTC. Both parties are still working out the details of the agreement, according to the filing.
