Apple to launch iPod with 8GB flash memory?

DigiTimes heard Appe is booking considerable capacity at NAND flash memory chip makers. They think it's likely the company will soon present a 8GB flash based iPod.
DRAMeXchange mentioned in mid-May that Apple has booked considerable 2Gbit NAND capacity at Samsung. InSpectrum later in late May also mentioned that a MP3 player vendor should roll out high-density MP3 player and predicted that the average selling prices (ASPs) of NAND should bottom out around June.
