Pre-qualify: Become a member of www.velocityreviews.com forums. You must post a minimum of five times to pre-qualify for this contest, and your most recent post must occur during July 2006. Current members who have a minimum of five posts and who also post during July 2006 are already pre-qualified, except that staff members (reviewers, moderators, administrators) are not eligible for the contest.
