Samsung announced three new digital cameras, the NV3, NV7 and NV10. Priced at $349.99, $449.99 and $399.99, respectively.
Samsung is keeping pace with the ever-increasing megapixel counts in the camera industry, offering two 7-megapixel cameras, the NV3 and the NV7, and one 10-megapixel camera, the NV10. But the increased resolutions only tell part of the story. What's truly striking about these three cameras is that they are very small, thin, and light. For the NV3 and the NV10, which both have a 3X optical zoom, this isn't such a big deal. But the NV7 sports a 7X optical zoom, yet the body is only about 0.8 inches thick, 4.2 inches wide, and 2.5 inches wide. They're also smartly designed, doing away with the stodgy look of Samsung's Digimax series.

All the cameras will feature the company's electronic Advanced Shake Reduction system, and the NV7 will also include a mechanical vibration system, called "Optical Picture Stabilization." All three cameras will also have video capabilities (with sound), and feature a 2.5-inch LCD.
The cameras will be available this fall. More info at ABC News.
