It will have a TDP of 125W and a $1,031 price tag.
What is a bit more interesting is the 65W plans, all the way up to 2.6GHz in that power envelope when that speed debuts. The older chips will be at 65W or 89W, with the 65W variant taking a little price premium, $63 in the case of the 5000+. From this point on, all CPUs will be 65W, and the 89W parts will go the way of the dodo*.
It looks like AMD is reserving the 65W envelope for dual cores, and saving 95W for quads. Interesting strategy, and you could get away with it and only lose a single bin if you were careful.
