Kingston offers CF cards with data recovery software

Kingston announced it will upgrade its "ultimate" line of CF memory cards by preloading Ontrack's Easy Recovery Professional 6.1 onto the devices.
The application is designed to assist users to recover accidentally deleted or damaged files.

According to Kingston, the cards have been accelerated by 33% and now offer a write speed of 133x. Write speeds are now rated at up to 20 MB/s and read speeds at 23 MB/s. Also, there is a new 8 GB card that joins the existing 2 and 4 GB versions.
The 2GB model is priced at $140, the 4GB model at $250 and the new 8GB version for $450. There's also a cheaper 1GB version which goes for $70. More details at TG Daily.
