DigiTimes says the new GeForce 7100 GS will be available by mid-September and claims the old GeForce 6200 with TurboCache will somehow be upgradeable to the GeForce 7100 GS:
The sources also found the possibility for the GeForce 6200 with TurboCache to be converted into the GeForce 7100 GS, using a firmware upgrade. The sources expect Nvidia to allow customers do the upgrade by themselves, helping makers and channel partners to clear out existing inventories of graphics cards based on the GeForce 6200 with TurboCache.

Nvidia confirmed that the GeForce 7100 GS supports Intellisample 4.0 and SLI. However, the company pointed out that its new GPU is different from the GeForce 6200 with TurboCache.
