Passion for Windows: Does it Exist?

I've spoken with a number of software developers and entrepreneurs over the past few years, and it's always exciting to get a closer look at what the people behind the screen are like. After all, there's nothing to be scared of... usually. A lot of these personal interactions have been refreshing and engaging, but others have been a little bit more of a letdown..
