Phantom Lapboard delayed until 2007

The Tech Report heard the Phantom Lapboard has been delayed until January 2007, with broad availability scheduled for March 2007.
To blame for the setback is "demand from major manufacturers of media center PCs and distributors," which Phantom President and CEO Greg Koler suggests is higher than expected. Alienware announced last month that it had ordered Lapboards to bundle with its media center PCs, but Phantom doesn't name any of its other customers in the press release.
