AMD to fire 375 people

According to The Inq, AMD will cut 375 jobs.

This includes 45-50 people in Silicon Valley, 45-50 in Austin, 130 in Canada and 140 more throughout the world.

All of the affected have already been notified, most of them worked in the sales and marketing sector.
