Here's the motherboard from Asus that made other AMD motherboard manufacturers a bit mad: the ASUS L1N64-SLI WS which will be the first motherboard for AMD's 4x4 platform.

DailyTech obtained the first details and photos of this motherboard which is powered by two NVIDIA nForce 680a chipsets. The mobo has two Socket 1207s and features four memory slots (two for each CPU).

It has a whopping 12 SATA 3Gbps ports, one external SATA port on the back and also a PATA port for older storage devices.
Networking features of the ASUS L1N64-SLI WS include dual Gigabit Ethernet ports. The onboard Gigabit Ethernet features NVIDIA’s FirstPacket, DualNet, Teaming and TCP/IP offload technologies. Audio is powered by a high definition audio codec with optical and coaxial S/PDIF outputs. It is unknown which codec ASUS has equipped the L1N64-SLI WS with, though it could be Analog Devices or Realtek. The board is not legacy free and still has PS/2 and parallel ports.
The motherboard uses the eATX form factor. Because of the two sockets it's bigger than a normal motherboard so it won't fit in some smaller cases.
