Windows Vista: Is It Really Done?

For many PC users, Windows XP is an operating system that is beginning to feel like it's been around forever. It's becoming dated, and it shows. Windows Vista will be the first complete update to Windows since Windows XP was released in 2001, so we're talking about experiencing five years of the same thing. With the rate at which technology advances, this release schedule just doesn't cut it.
