Do you remember when 640x480 was a common resolution? I certainly do,
although the days of actively seeing it on the desktop are all but gone.
I'm sure I speak for many of us when I say that I'm not too sorry to
watch it fade into the distance. As a common screen resolution for our
computers, we had it for a while, used it, and then advanced technology
made us realize that we needed more space and breathing room than what
640x480 offered. Since then, screen resolutions have been expanding up,
up, and away.
